User accounts differ primarily in their status. The user status can be for example blocked, not yet activated, enabled, assist or admin. Since the user system is the same for all of them, even assist and admin users log in via the usual login form above the calendar or the dedicated login page.

According to the user status and privileges, assist and admin users can then access more or less administration functions. However, the buttons and pages for My bookings, My accounts and Logout are always present.

The user account that has been created during setup is automatically an administration account and has permissions to do everything in the system.

The administration menu

Above the calendar in the user panel - and that is the primary difference to a normal user account - will appear a new button Administration. If clicked, it opens a small window with the administration menu items.
